Compile data and prepare sustainability reports aligned with global reporting frameworks, for internal and external stakeholders.

Training and capacity building through
Design and deliver training programmes across departments to embed an ESG-conscious culture throughout the organization.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, Development Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing ESG, environmental management or corporate sustainability preferably within a DFI, or a related financial/development sector organization.
Strong knowledge of international standards and guidelines on ESG.
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection, carbon footprint accounting, and sustainability reporting software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management and auditing skills.
Strong analytical skills, project management and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, often across various geographical locations.
